Morning Madness

In the mornings, Quinn has to take everything out of the crib with him. This usually includes his hippo pillow, blanket(s), and the blue bear. Often he can not carry everything at once and drops things & then it's tragic and the tears begin.

Messy Eater

Quinn is getting better about eating with utensils but he still makes quite a mess. Daddy doesn't like the messes & would probably limit what Quinn can eat by himself. So Luckily Mommy is home to give Quinn the chance to practice so he's real good before Daddy gets home.

Quinn Loves Puzzles

Quinn has discovered some puzzles that I had hidden in his closet. Right now he is very fond of the Choo-Choo puzzle because it makes train noises. Trains are a favorite lately, along with trucks, buses, cars, motorcycles, and all things that move. Get ready Grandpa Wayne...I can't wait to go to work with you and talk shop!

Yard of the Month

Here's a funny one. Our yard won an award on base for being the "Yard of the Month" for the south side of base. So now I have to have the sign in my yard for 30 days. I have to go pick up my prizes tomorrow. Yippee!

Sleepy

Quinn now loves sleeping with his beany baby bear with a baseball on it. It was a gift from one of the English schools I teach at over the summer. He looks so sweet when he sleeps.

Hell No, He Won't Go

Quinn has started his new protest strategy which includes throwing his body down on the ground and yelling "no". I just love when he does this in the Japanese public areas. This photo is of him laying outside our front door because he didn't want to go in after watching the fireworks.

The Rainboots

Quinn had to have this pair of navy blue (super-bad plastic smelling) rainboots. He only wants to wear them..all day and all night....Sometimes with pants and sometimes without. Lucky for him we have had typhoon weather for the past few days.
