Take Me Out to the Ballgame

.....to the Seibu Dome that is. Yes us women-folk (Tracey, Tracey's Grandma, Amy, and I) took the boys to see a Seibu Lions baseball game. All the menfolk are gone, as usual. Much to all of our surprise Quinn, Sam, Jack and Erik all did great and lasted until the 8th inning of the game. But with all the entertainment and crowd participation of a professional Japanese baseball game... it's not really that surprising. For those of you not familiar with Japanese Baseball I've included a video clip. The crowd loves to sing, chant and use noisemakers to cheer their team on. But let's not forget the 5th inning flag waving cheer and the 7th inning giant balloon release cheer. Quinn enjoyed cheering along. Of course I bought him his own noisemaker to join in. As I type this, Quinn is asleep hugging tight onto a Lions mascot stuffed animal. The only downer was that the Lions played terrible.
